I seriously cannot wait to be back on the beach! While planning future trips, I came across an incredible place near Cancun called Xel‑Há Park, often described as a natural aquarium. After looking into it, it instantly made its way onto my travel wish list.
The park is famous for its crystal-clear lagoons where freshwater meets the sea, making it an amazing spot for snorkeling and exploring marine life. It’s basically an eco-adventure park built around nature, which makes it feel a lot more unique than a typical theme park.
Admission used to run around $71 for a full day, which sounds a bit pricey at first—but it actually includes quite a lot. The pass covers food, unlimited drinks, snorkeling equipment, and access to more than 20 different activities and attractions throughout the park.
A good friend of mine visited during one of her trips to Mexico and told me it was completely worth the cost, especially if you plan to spend the entire day there.
If you’re planning a trip to the Cancun area and want something beyond just beach lounging, this looks like a pretty amazing place to add to your itinerary.
