Shane got a Job! (and fun in the sun)

Well several updates on life in Tucson:

Shane is now a United States Postal Employee! After months of being picky and having his heart set on a government job, he scored one! Of coarse everyone's response is "Aren't they going out of business".. My response... Who Cares! haha If they do I am sure it will be years down the line. It's a government job and we could not be happier!

My job is a waiting game. I should be trained to learn the CAD program sometime here in the near future. Until then I am an office manager and have a lot of spare time on my hands. I have been debating going back to school for a Bachelors, so possibly that will be my next step here.

Every time I think about the future it's more about where I want to go (on vacation) verses what I actually want to do with my life. With Shane jobless (util now) we have been living on a budget so I have realized that once he has a job maybe more of that money can go into savings for future adventures :)  But we will see.

As for the fun in our lives, we are planning a long weekend in Puerto Pinasco, Mexico next month to escape to the beach. Can't wait!! Last weekend we drove up to Phoenix to meet our friends at Saguaro Lake where we had to take a boat to our camp site. The Lake was beautiful and the weekend was amazing! Missing the Sun and ready for more summer trips to the lake!
